I love working with the Pacific Sales crew in Rancho Mirage!!

We purchased our entire suite of master bath fixtures through Pacific Sales (Michelle Buckmiller and Jose Maduena). We selected and paid for all fixtures in November 2022 in anticipation of a project start date of summer 2023, which was delayed until October 2023. We took delivery of everything in September 2023. We had several issues from the outset - faucet finishes did not match, one faucet did not work, medicine cabinets were missing shelf brackets, bathtub leaked from installation. Without going into lengthy details of how unhelpful they were I will just say the standard reply (when they did reply) is that the customer has to deal with the issues directly with the manufacturer. They dont seem to care much beyond the point of sale. I have remodeled many times (in Oregon) and have never been treated like this! I would strongly recommend you check around before spending thousands of dollars with Pacific Sales because you might find yourself spending countless hours seeking remedy for correction of issues that are beyond your control and should have been remedied by the company your purchased from. Buyer beware!
