Superior Restoration & Shamrock Cleaning

Superior Restoration is really quick to come out and install machines, but when it comes to submitting an initial report to insurance, it took them over a month. But only after they kept installing more and more machines to save a floor I told him over and over I was removing. They had their machines in for three weeks and the day they came to take them out they added more and even though I demanded they remove them they refused . They short circuited my fuse box and rather than notify me that that the outlet was shorted out they just used a different plug. I had to hire an electrician to come and look at that. Finally after three weeks of 7 machines running 24 hours a day on my electricity bill I turned off the machines and it still took them two more days to come and get them. Needless to say they interfered with my new tenant moving in and I had to return over $1000 because of their encroachment on my property, I could not get contractors in to do the repairs. The ones I schedule canceled because they had other work to do and everybody is so busy that Ive had to use my handicapped hands and do the work myself . Its been well over a month and my insurance barely got one report from them. Im still waiting for them to process the claim while I go broke returning deposits and paying for repairs out of my own pocket, while I have no tenant paying rent in the end the only damage was drywall and baseboard and for that I lost over $1000 rent because running machines for three weeks to dry out the floor I told him I was taking out . So unbelievable, but I guess theres nothing you can do when youre a senior citizen. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

The office was flooded due to machine breakdown back in late Jan.Contacted Superior and nothing els needed to worried. Professional team and ready to perform above your expectation.Special thanks to Bobby (Project Manager) and Kevin (Project Director) who have been walking me through all the details on the construction and provide guidance on communication with insurance company.

100% Gold! These guys do it all! We had a tragic situation in our home and this company saved us! They can take you through (for instance) water removal in your home and drying, removal of drywall damage/carpet damage/wall paper removal (they will tell you what pieces can be saved etc), and then they can restore it all! They even have a litigation department that can help you deal with your insurance company. They take notes, pictures, and use the proper procedure to help you with your insurance claim. The staff have all been wonderful people! They stay on top of the project day by day so you dont have to chase anyone down. I have nothing negative at all to say about their performance. Theyre quickly becoming family for Petes sake! Should you have fire or water damage in your home and live in the Palm Springs area Superior Restoration and Shamrock Services should be the first call you make!
