I seriously don't know why I continue to shop for my firearms here. It's a waste of time coming here. Two hour wait time just to pick up a firearm that's been cleared of the 10-day hold. Only 1 person working the counter, plenty of managers walking around as well as other "outfitters" but yet only 1 can work the gun counter? You have 2 people standing around in optics, 2 people standing around at the gun range counter (which is out of service) 3 people in ammo with 0 sales going on in that dept. A manager then has the audacity to say, "sorry we're understaffed today." How are you understaffed when you have all these managers and workers walking around? More like the managers are incompetent! Get your crew together, train them properly through all the depts. managers should be able to do every single one of these positions when it's "understaffed". I am completely done with this store, never purchasing from here or walking in to, and definitely canceling my credit card from BPS.
