        I see now why this store has such bad reviews. Customer service is terrible, employee was rude to customers dropping off amazon returns. Good business starts with good leadership and its apparent this store doesnt have it. The ups on haven and 210 have amazing customer service both the owner and ALL the workers something this store lacks

        Absolutely horrible UPS store. Went in, tried to print the shipping label using their printing station, and they saw me struggling but did nothing to help. Anyways after 20 mins I asked if the printer is working, they said if it does not work,send us an email, they could not have offered me that at the beginning!!They have no clue what is working. Anyways, Email sent, I received an auto response from UPS, still they cannot see it on their system, 15 mins later I got frustrated and took my packages back to another UPS store. How are you guys still in business??? Very unorganized and chaotic.
