To be honestly work there in different jobs locations with others employees abm churches members there will always be someone causing issue with new employees or older employees it kind of sad really how they cheated many peoples out of there hours, overtimes late checks regardless if it a savings deposit or check lot of lawsuit against the company office in rancho cucamonga, California locations be advised it take a long time before someone will keep in contact with you about a jobs interview.

Got hired to work at the Amazon warehouse in Corona, had another employee from a different shift verbally harassing me and gossiping to other coworkers, had reported it to two "leads" and immediate supervisor Amber Carillo, they did nothing, even when this other employees work performance was below acceptable. I asked these other employee to "respectfully stop talking about me" she took it out of context and reported that I threatened her and cried her eyes out. I was told not to show up to work, she was kept on schedule. My supervisor told me that I would be getting a call from HR before the end of the week. Well that was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Now ABM staff in Rancho is completely avoiding my calls and texts. They left me on limbo basically and I don't know what's going on with their so called "investigation" . Other employees witnessed the whole incident and made written reports that no threat was ever made and yet they treat me like this. Was always on time, didn't call off. Got a long with everyone within my team and Amazon employees . They don't care that I have kids that depend on me to financially support them. No consideration for my coworkers that have been working alone sometimes. They do nothing to prevent a hostile work environment . I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and LETF. I did file a complaint with ABM compliance hotline . I better get paid for the time they had me not work. This company has shown how unprofessional and unorganized they truly are. To make matters worse, in the short time I was working with ABM , not once did I physically speak with my supervisor or actually met her in person. It was all text communication. I understand that she has 3 other warehouses to supervise, but what type of supervisor doesn't physically introduce themselves to new hires? Never had experienced such unprofessional behavior from any company. And these is supposed to be a big company. I'm truly disappointed. I don't recommend any one that actually enjoys their work in janitorial or housekeeping to work here. Even the office staff acts like they don't know what they are doing. Seem completely lost. I should have known that I was going to have issues when I first got my first paycheck. My hours were turned in all in the same time card and was only paid for one day. First red flag.
