Little Caesars Pizza

Horrible service! Delivery brought wrong order, the store refused to answer the phone after 4 separate calls. I had to drive down there where they refused to refund my order! Honestly didnt trust my food after that so I gave it to a homeless man. Pretty much got jacked for $35

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order at 5:11 PM. The app told me it was ready at 6:04. I got to the store at 6:22 and they told me the order wasnt ready. The workers there had really bad customer service with multiple people waiting in the lobby. The girl working the counter would leave and I could hear the employees talking in the back, and she wasnt trying to even help other customers. I had to ask three separate times to check on my order and I didnt get to walk out until 645. After all that waiting the pizza was cold and I didnt want to wait for them to make new pizza so I took home cold pizza do not go to this little Caesars. It was awful.

People here obviously hate their job, pizza is sloppy, wings were dry and they stopped making pizzas at 9pm...store closes at 10pm. Very disappointed

I dont even want to give them a star. The service is terrible and it took them so long to make it! Really disappointed!
