Terrible customer service at this place, never answer the phone. Trying speak with them but never pick up the phone.

Without a doubt the worst auto care center in the IE, I wanted a patch for my tire because it was leaking air and I have a warranty so I decided to go here, these guys had 1 car and the associate at the desk said it was going to be maybe an hour wait and then he comes back because he has to ask the tire technician and says never mind, the tire guy said it would take maybe longer and we close at 7pm, it was 5pm. Im walking outside and these guys are just smoking and not even working on any cars in the repair shop.

We changed the oil for 2 hours. Then the cashier disappeared somewhere and I couldnt pay and therefore pick up my keys for another half hour. Please add more staff, it feels like one person is working and servicing all the machines. I don't recommend going to this place
