Health First Medical Weight Loss and Skin Care

This is my third treatment I want to thank and recognize the entire staff. My tattoos have green ink and I have researched that this is the best laser to use. I have used other lasers, results were not what I wanted. Julia is unbelievable she has made this whole Process much easier and I look forward to seeing her until this process is completely done. Secondly, I like to thank the staff. Ale, MJ, Val, and Evenlyn these girls are hard-working and kind and explain all the details with aftercare and pricing. Once the tattoo is removed, I plan to continue to return to utilize their other services because their entire staff is great to work with thank you again for the great service!

Jen is amazing! She reassured and was just so genuine and sweet! Ive been struggling with my weight loss journey and she took the time to talk to me and just make me feel so much better! Everyone here is amazing! I would recommend to everyone who is struggling with their weight!

I recommend all my friends and family! Nurse is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Medical assistant Alejandra is very welcoming and helpful. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Place is clean prices are affordable.
