We went in to get ideas on a potential ring. Cynthia was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and answered our questions. We were having a great experience. This all changed when she went to get a diamond from the safe. Veronica switched our salesperson and sent Cynthia away to a new customer. There was no explanation to us. The way that Veronica spoke to Cynthia was very degrading. I pray to never work for a manager that treats me so rudely. Our entire experience was changed by this. It left a very unsettled feeling within us, as customers.

I walked into the store with very limited time and no intentions on purchasing anything that day. I just walked in to see if they had what I was looking for, with the help of Faith Nagac I walked out of the store that day with exactly what I imagined for my fianc. Faith was so down to earth, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. If it wasnt Faith helping me that day Im 100% sure I would have not walked out that day with a ring!
