Tony G. is the owner of Allied Commercial Real Estate. I worked exclusively with Tony to sell a building in Corona, California. Tony is easy going and knows the commercial property market in the inland empire. Tony was always easy to reach and follows up on everything quickly. I felt comfortable with Tony on our first phone call. He helped to get our building listed quickly and we discussed the correct market price for our property. We got 1 full price offer a few days after listing it and another offer over full price a few days later. We accepted the highest & best offer and used Tony's preferred escrow company and title insurance firm. Our escrow closed in 30 days. Tony did a terrific job on every aspect of the property sale.

When our family made the painful, difficult decision to sell our family farm and adjacent commercial corner lot, we knew it wouldnt be easy. We had owned the properties and had lived there for nearly 45 years. The market was in a downswing, our two properties had complex zoning issues, and our family had barely emerged from significant medical challenges. Finding the right realtor meant everything to us. We had hoped for someone with experience in commercial real estate, who could guide us respectfully and compassionately through what we knew would be an emotionally-charged ordeal. After interviewing several candidates, we felt a rising panic. That is, until we reached out to Allied Commercial Real Estate and spoke with the owner, Tony Guglielmo. What a difference! Mr. Guglielmo was patient through our many questions on the phone, and when we were all comfortable with the idea of meeting, he drove out to meet us and see our properties. Dad had planted 1,000 fruit trees over the course of 40+years, and there was so much love tied to the land. Tony understood that and us perfectly. At every step of the process, he was respectful and careful to listen. Were not the easiest family in the world by any means! yet, he was able to tailor his conversations to suit each of us in a way that affirmed we were doing the right thing, at the right time, with the right commercial realtor. In this real estate climate, with the obstacles connected to homes that had been built over 100 years prior, Tony found the perfect buyer. His skillful negotiating brought us the desired transaction selling price, and he spared us from unnecessary stress. Each transaction was done with kindness, empathy, and expertise. We never had to worry that our time would be wasted on looky-lous, who had no real intention to purchase the property, and we never had to interact with investors, who wanted us to promise the world and jump every inspection hurdle they could throw our way, because Tony shielded us from all of that. All of it. Walking away from our family home and orchard after nearly 5 decades was the toughest decision weve ever had to make. And yet, one of many blessings to come out of it, was meeting Tony Guglielmo -- a devoted father, family man, expert realtor, savvy negotiator, consummate business owner, a man of integrity, and now, one we are honored to call friend. I had the experience of working with Steve Roppel on a project and I can say that he was not transparent in his communication and had a tendency to make false promises left and right. He also shared a story with me about having to temporarily house his mother-in-law in a horse barn he retrofitted in his backyard due to his personal dislike of her, which I found extremely strange and unprofessional. This behavior raises concerns about his attitude and professionalism. I would advise anyone thinking of hiring him for any real estate projects to thoroughly verify any information and to proceed with caution.
