I quit this job due to lack of communication and poor management. After leaving the owner, Kevin Scott, asked me to return and mentioned my unborn daughter as a reason to come back. I did not want to come back but did so because they sounded in real need of staffing (they never hire enough ppl to work and place their burdens on the employees shoulders.)Since my return all  of my paychecks have arrived a WEEK after the specified pay date. 1 time is understandable, twice is ehh.. but 3 times is unacceptable. I was fired for informing management that i would not work until I was paid what i was owed. Instead of rectifying the situation and overnighting a check immediately they waited 4 days to see if the check would come so they could save $30 on the overnight fee. I simply asked the company to pay me on time and asked RESPECTFULLY how it could be prevented. Got fired instead. Never in my life have I  been fired, yet alone fired for asking to be paid on time.

Office Pride started off really well for our company their first time at our facility was outstanding. Then it all went downhill from there. Our floors are always dirty. Our restrooms are a mess and our trash cans get emptied out....yes emptied out! meaning they empty out the trash and still leave the dirty one in there and when you email them about it they never respond. Our company was not satisfied with Office Pride's service.
