        Today I immediately closed my account because they only take appointments. Very small business can not come twice more. I immediately went to Citibank next to me to open three new accounts. My experience has not had any bank just ask for an appointment,

        We had an appointment at 11:30am we came early to open an account for my niece after long wait he came at 11:25am and said he will be late like 20min it was so un professional waited until 11:55am then we left.
