My experience was great. I was surrounded by the friendliest people. It felt like a small community. The management team answered all concerns and provided prompt service.

Residents for over 10 years at terrazadelsol. Good amenities, a pool, a gym, and a relaxing landscape. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and maintenance is one call away for any repair in the units.

I have been treated very poorly and disrespectfully by the manager, Adriana Martinez. It is illegal to discriminate against people based on disability status. Furthermore, it is very disheartening to see others have had similar experiences. Her behavior is unacceptable and not a good look (especially from someone in a leadership position.) Hopefully she doesnt have a negative impact on the staff, everyone else has been kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Adriana who is never civil or courteous.

I love living at Terraza! The community here is truly rare. I love my neighbors and have established really grrat friendships here!
