these guys are awesome always helpful and kind ive had 2 vehicles stolen from our property and they have helped in the recovery proccess. without the CHP i would of never got my vehicle back

I would like to share my experience with this CHP Office. On the Watt off-ramp this Ram pick-up rear ended me. It creased my bumper and scratched my bumper. There was an officer Alfonso evaluated the minor accident. Officer Alfonso, first spoke to the driver that hit me, then he spoke to me. Officer Alfanso asked me what happen! Then I told him. The officer in question demeanor changed towards me. In the middle of our conversation, the CHP officer walked away. I called International Affairs, then that Department referred me to an officer Sargent Tweet, I explained to Sargent Tweet my issue. Sargent Tweet spoke to Officer Alfanso. Discrimination towards me. During the accident I asked the other party for active insurance card. He could not provide an active insurance card. When I spoke to Sargent Tweet about not having an active insurance card, if they are cited on the spot? Sargent Tweet said that it would be up to the present CHP officer. I then called the DMV and asked if it is against the law not having an active insurance card? DMV said under California law, it is against the law. How corrupt can the Rancho Cordova, CHP be? Be aware of this office. Don't let them push you around. If perhaps you have an issue contact Internal Affairs, CHP. Also put your phone on record when speaking to them. What an awful experience.
