Company no showed first time and when they set up the second attempt they were a day late to start. Damaged part of the road with their truck and didnt finish it, did a poor job with the rebuilt part of the road, its built up so high we can no longer get to the parking area to get the mail without causing damage to cars or the road and they have left their equipment parked for almost a MONTH!. the never picks up his phone and voicmail is always full. On top of that after doing the work they asked for WAY more than quoted price. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

This company has failed to show BOTH TIMES they were scheduled to come and pave. Their voicemail box is full and supposedly their "excuse " for no showing is that their last job is behind on schedule.... i encourage you look at their poor yelp reviews... this company can be shut down for all i care, im done!

Another Awesome job by Jerry and the Flat Iron Team!  I'm a steady Customer. They have done 3 very long driveways for me here in Placerville where the terrain is steep. One driveway being over 1/3 mile long over old cracked asphalt required a lot of prep sealing and reshaping. Correcting the water flow and banking the turns perfectly can only be accomplished by a very skilled and experienced contactor. Jerry made it look easy, these guys are amazing. Flat Iron also uses a very high-grade of Asphalt with a very constant and even hot flow, very smooth and a tight composition. Great Pricing too!

Hope they show up tomorrow after the job in Dec 2020 failed to hold up. Called in Feb., March, April and May and maybe being remedied tomorrow June 18 2021.New review to be posted tomorrow. Fingers crossed

Flat Iron Paving's crew did an excellent job paving our residential driveway. They were prompt, professional & most importantly the work looks stellar. They performed all of the clean up and also the work has extremely clean edges and is very polished and will last for a very long time and increase our property value.
