        I started working at this arm pit of the healthcare system in Nov 2019 as a temp. Promises were made for permanent work and coaching. Neither were kept promises. The quality of their CSRs is directly impacted on the high turnover of employees that they purposely do so they don't have to hire permanent employees. It is a scam. Forget about working here or counting on their insurance coverage.

        You apply for a position with this company and the HR department will tell you that the position was filled... Then the very next day you'll see the same position available again online.. Don't waste your time with this company...

        I give to stars because I have had good customer service experiences. However, I have not had any help with the really important things. It is a huge fight to get necessary prescriptions filled especially ones that I've had filled in the past. !!!!!!!
