Anytime your doing a remodel it can be hecktick but when you work with a group that has been around over 20 years in business it's at that moment you are grateful you chose KINGS. This firm was recommended by a friend, but my experience with them was less than satisfactory.  They required an $8000 deposit, much larger than the limit provided in the law. Additionally, they asked for a handshake agreement & only begrudgingly provided the written contract I requested.  A month after I signed the contract, I asked for a projected completion date for construction of the cabinets and requested legible electronic cabinet plans to include with a building permit application.  In reply, Jerry said he no longer wanted to work with me, deleted the electronic cabinet diagrams from his computer, & required me to visit his business to obtain a refund of my $8000 deposit.
