I wanted to share my experience using lopez roofing because they did such a great job with my house. I after interviewing a couple of different companies I ultimately decided to go with them to put on a new roof. James was super helpful and helped explain the whole process from start to finish and made sure that I got everything I wanted. I had a lot of small details that I was picky about that he made sure was done exactly how I wanted it. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants an affordable company that does great work. Worked with Lopez Roofing as a subcontractor for a solar installation. The project involved the teardown and replacement of a super old roof (3-layers of shingling, apparently). Oscar and his crew were incredibly diligent (working non-stop from beginning to end), knowledgeable, and totally approachable with any questions and concerns we had. Clean-up every day was impeccable -- like they were never here. The project was a family affair (dad and brother were up their grinding) and it was clear that they put a lot of work and pride into their craft. 100% recommend and will be using them again soon for a detached garage project. I had a great experience with Lopez roofing and Oscar and his crew. He kept me updated the whole time and he was always available when I reached out to him. They were not the cheapest company but I was content with the competitive pricing and the value that they brought with their products and warranties. I like the fact they will be around for the long-haul and in construction you get what you pay for.
Nailed it on installation and tile is super straight. My previous installation had slipped tiles everywhere. All the pipes are painted to match the roof tiles. I have peace of mind that the roof I bought will produce last promised for 25 years. This makes me feel really good about my purchase and I highly recommend James at Lopez roofing 5 Stars!!! James the estimator I met was extremely knowledge about roofing. He really stood out compared to the other companies I met from Home Advisor. He really walked me through out the entire roofing process and listened to all my concerns.
He kept me updated the whole time and he was always available when I reached out to him. Seems like the majority of companies that I met with were super pushy or simply disappeared.
Truly the biggest thing I admired was the fact when he looked at the roof he was the only guy that found the problem area and offered a repair as well as a roofing replacement.
Nailed it on installation and my roof doesn't leak anymore which is just fabulous . The flashings and new drip edge is painted to match the roof. The crew cleaned up everyday and worked hard everyday. The company is family owned and awesome to see the father and son working together. Oscar has 9 years and his dad has been roofing for over 30 years. I felt extremely comfortable knowing these two men were installing my my roof. This makes me feel really good about my purchase and I highly recommend James at Lopez Roofing! 5 Stars!!! Service: Roof installation
