My wife and I recently hired Jan Ryan to list and sell our home in Ramona. She was a pleasure to work with, and was always available for our questions via cellphone, text, or gmail. Jan hired a professional photographer for our listing pictures, and was able to produce a stunning listing that brought in multiple offers. We were in the process of moving out of state during escrow and Jan handled multiple logistics on site at our home while we were out of town. Placing our house on the market was a big decision. I am incredibly grateful that we chose Jan Ryan to represent us because she achieved results quickly and painlessly. Jan presented us offers for our home within a day, and still we were offered $50K over asking price. But Jan offered us more than just a sale; she helped us every step of the way. She recommended people that could help us with fixes and unexpected inspection finds, as well as a moving company to handle our furniture and vehicles. Each one of the people she recommended came through by providing professional results in the time we had to complete the work. I also have to comment on Jan’s communication. She called me regularly, was always available when I called her, and put my mind at ease during a stressful time. If I had to do this all over again, the one thing that would remain constant is Jan Ryan.

We have watched Jan sell homes in Ramona for many years, so when we decided to sell our home, she was our first choice. She gave us many tips on how to prepare our home for sale, and all of them were right on the money. Her advice helped us to get top dollar for our home. She works with great people, including her photographer, who took pictures that put our home in its best light. She priced our home just right for the market, and when people started to bid, she kept us well-informed and helped negotiate a selling price above the asking price. Any time I had a question, she responded immediately. She guided us through the paperwork and helped us close on time without any hitches. I would recommend Jan without hesitation.

Jan at Re/Max made what I thought would be a stressful process very easy. We got an offer the same weekend we put our house on the market and received $40,000 over asking price. I was pleasantly surprised. We trusted her completely and repainted our house and had it staged as she told me would help sell our house and increase our profits. It definitely paid off. I would have been happy with a lower offer- so you can imagine how happy I was when we closed. It was hassle free- she sent over all the paperwork over email and I just had to click my signature. She and escrow took care of all the loans we still owed. We closed and I had a check within a month after we put our house up on the market. I had a lot going on during this time and selling the house was something I really couldn't add to my plate- so Jan took care of it all. Thanks Jan- you are amazing!
