      image They Never answer their phone. On hold for hours. Then it's the wrong extension and they want you to call again...I guess they don't want new customers@!@!@!!!! And contrary to what the website says, the office is not open for business ever... just gives you the same useless number to call.

      image The customer service is atrocious. They work off a script and dont deviate from it to help the customer with their issue. We had a leak at the fill valve of our propane tank caused by improper closure during a routine fill. I was charged for the gas that had leaked and requested removal of the charge from my walking. It took 2 months of repeated calls to get through to someone who understood that I should not be charged for gas that I did not use and for a leak that was caused by a driver not tightening the fill valve properly. Their call taker system needs an overhaul.
