        The problem was resolved, a backed-up shower and toilet was corrected with a main line clean out, in a professional and fast manner. The simple clear communication was refreshing. I would definitely recommend Proper Plumbing!

        Our water heater went out on a Saturday, having 4 kids you can imagine how devastating that may be! I called Proper Plumbing in a complete panic, the sweet lady who answered made me feel at ease at got a tech out THAT DAY!!! The tech Clint was so unbelievablely nice, and so knowledgeable also very clean. By the end of the day on Saturday we had a brand new water heater (very fair in price too I might add) and we all got hot showers!!! Scott and his team are top tier!!!! We will never use another plumbing company. Thanks proper plumbing!
