We were very pleased with the work from Premium Pro Painting. We needed our exterior trim painted on a very short deadline. Cesar was very responsive and gave us a quote quickly. The quote was very competitive. They were able to schedule us in less than a week, and even were able to push us back a day when it rained. The job itself looks fantastic, before our trim was peeling and looked terrible - please see before and after photos attached. They communicated well with us, and cleaned up everything. Cesar and his team were very professional. He responded promptly, quoted the price in writing and the price was reasonable. He and his team painted our front door, stereo cabinet and two 2 car garage doors. He showed up promptly and stayed till 3pm everyday. He worked neatly, put away all his tools at the end of the day. No mess! His staff was also polite and clean. Overall, he did what he said he would do at the price he quoted and a little extra as a bonus for us. The work was excellent! We used Premium Pro Painting for our new house, as well as our old house (which is now our rental property). We were referred to Cesar by my husband's stepdad, who has worked with him professionally and often refers him to his clients. Cesar's brother, Ernesto, did the bulk of the work in the kitchen at our new home (we have a lot of cabinets that we asked them to paint). Ernesto was very friendly and did great work. Cesar and his team also painted most of the rest of our house, and worked diligently and quickly. We were very pleased with the results, although we had to wait over a month to get the custom cabinet door that was made for our kitchen. We wouldn't have minded the wait, but we were repeatedly told it would be ready "in a day or two" over the course of several weeks, so it became very frustrating. Then when we were told it was finally ready, it was not delivered when we were told it would be, and it became impossible to get in touch with Cesar for several days. He eventually got back to us and said he had gotten sick and that is why he stopped responding to us. We were very happy with the results, but would have appreciated better communication.
We decided to work with Premium Pro Painting again for our rental property a couple months later. We asked them to paint the living room, hallways, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. We also requested a few drywall patches. Most of the work at the rental property was as good as what was done at our new house, but we noticed paint drips on the carpets, a light fixture, and the shower doors. There were also a lot of bad paint drips on the walls of the primary bathroom that we will likely need to sand down and repaint, but overall, it looks great and the price was affordable.
