I brought in a color from home, a specific shade of white I wanted as a base color with an iridescent glitter polish they had. She opened my polish then put it away and picked up a different polish from thier supply and proceeded to paint with that color, which was a cream color. I asked about my polish and she said yes, next... but she did not use it. Then I wanted her, use the uv light to dry the polish and she said it's only for gel and is $15 extra. That is a lie, the uv light will dry gel polish as well as regular, and glue, etc.. im angry they did not do what I asked and lied about something so trivial to make an extra $15.

I went in to get my 4 yr old daughters nail done. Walked in lady behind us. Was told hello and then next thing I know the tech that was laying on a chair by the door acknowledges the customer behind me and my daughter. I guess no time for a dad and his daughter to get birthday girls nails done for her party. Shame on you and only one person acknowledged us but overall never will I look or tell people there is a nail place around the corner fir my house. I get no one cares about my review go further into ramona for better service. Just sad.

They are all very nice & reasonably priced. They listen to what you want & try to make it happen. I've had my toes and brows done here. I see they do lash extensions but I have not seen any done, nor have I had them done. But if you are looking for that service, I would say give them a try.

Had my nail done , 3 days ago. This is what they look like now. She had no clue what she was doing. I had the dip. What a waste of $55.00 Service: Dip powder
