Instant Mobile House

Honestly wouldnt leave a star if it was an option. My husband called and they said oh yea we are open from this time to this time. Forgot to mention the appointment thing so I called and left a message and now its been a week and havent gotten a phone call back. Tried to call again and straight to the message machine.

This is the most unhelpful business I have ever contacted. The first time I called, the call was immediately disconnected after an individual picked up the phone and said hello. I called and left at least three voice messages, over about three weeks, to schedule an appointment. Keep in mind, I had cash, in hand, ready to buy one of there homes (they looked nice online). I didnt receive a single call back. My mother-in-law (it was for her) and I finally drove over to IMH on Black Friday, and there was no one even in the office. As a matter of fact, the doors were locked. Maybe they are permanently closed due to the pandemic? I only gave Instant Mobile House one star, because I couldnt leave a review without marking at least one. I guess it explains why this business has a 1/5 stars. We dodged THAT bullet!!

They came for sight visit said they would contact us the following Monday its now been 2 weeks and they havent contacted us we have called them and sent 3 emails that have gone unanswered. Super unprofessional. My parents also contacted them last summer and they did the same thing never contacted them back. Horrible business, super unprofessional and they have a terrible work ethic.
