Having never purchased a home before, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. I told them this on our first meeting and Erika and Julie basically walked me through the whole process, holding my hand and guiding me the entire way. I do not believe another realtor would have worked as hard as Erika did (on a Sunday) to get my offer in on the house I really wanted. 6 months later, she still checks in on me and lately, reminded me to use the warranty that was purchased as part of the initial buying package which will save me a considerable sum in repairs. Overall, I'm very happy with both my new home and the buying experience

Julie has been my realtor on both a sale of a home 5 years ago, AND the purchase of a new home last month. Julie is a perfectionist. It's a rare quality these days, and you especially want a perfectionist helping you with the most expensive purchase you'll ever make. Here are the details of my experiences with Julie as my realtor: The original sale was complicated in so many ways. By the time we listed the home I was in another state. That didn't phase Julie at all. She handled it, business as usual. Me? I was a nervous wreck. But Julie nurtured me along every step of the way. Always upbeat and positive, a solution ready for every stumbling block. And there were MANY. Julie expertly guided me through the twists and turns of that crazy deal. I couldn't be more grateful for everything she did on my behalf with that difficult sale. Then this summer during this wildly fast paced crazy market, I decided I miss San Diego, and again Julie saved the day. I called her late in the day, saying I'd found an interesting property. Would she check with the listing agent for me? Within 30 minutes she was back on the phone with me, discussing the details I'd asked about. The biggest issue was, the sellers were going to accept an offer THAT NIGHT! I thought, "Oh, well. Too late." But Julie shocked me by saying she'd go look at it ASAP so we could put in an offer! Then, to top it off, she walked the entire 500sf place with me on a Zoom video call, so I could get a feeling for the place. By the time all that was done, and more calls to the seller's agent, she spent her evening writing up my offer. But wait, it gets even BETTER! After we'd had the offer accepted, Julie brought a friend with her & together measured & marked a diagram so I'd have some idea of the spacing of the minuscule studio apartment I'd bought! Who DOES that?! Julie. That's who. Above and beyond. Waaaaaaay beyond! Whether buying or selling, you MUST contact Julie before entering a contract with any other realtor.
