Kevin Justice provided us with a world class home buying experience!!! Kevin went so far above and beyond helping us to purchase our first home. He provided us access several times at the drop of a hat when shopping for our home. When I met Kevin for the first time at a home showing, I told my wife this guy was born for reality. Kevin has excellent networking to get home buyers exactly what they need. All of our needs were met negotiating a price for our home within our budget as well as a few fixes on the home before purchase. Although we found the perfect home if we ever buy again Kevin Justice would our first choice! I would definitely recommend for anyone I know buying or selling a home.

Kevin is so easy to work with and I highly recommend him as a realtor! He has a great attention to detail and was so good at listening to what was important to us. He has such a wonderful demeanor and attitude and was so helpful and patient. If a question or concern came up he handled it smoothly. Hes knowledgeable and experienced as a realtor. He is also the kind of person you just want to hang out with and have as a friend. We already invited him & his family to dinner for homemade pizza in the near future!

Kevin was great to work with. He has great knowledge of the San Diego market. He was very responsive and made himself available for questions or showings whenever my wife and I needed it. He took the time to understand our needs and provided a valuable perspective without pushing us to make a decision. He was instrumental in helping us navigate a very volatile housing market and close on the perfect house against multiple competing offers.
