Worked with Ricardo to sell our first home. The overall experience was great. His knowledge of the real estate market and his ability to explain and articulate the small nuances helped immensely. He was very diligent in his work with constant updates and also very responsive to our calls and texts. He did not set unrealistic expectations and coached us along the way so we knew exactly what was happening at every step. My husband and I decided to sell our condo a week before a planned vacation. Because of COVID we wanted to minimize the impact to our kids. We contacted Olea Realty and Ricardo guided us on how to prepare to list the condo. We left on vacation on a Saturday at 6pm and the stager and cleaning crew showed up that same evening after we left. The very next day amazing pictures and video of the property and surrounding area were taken. Ricardo listed the property and scheduled showings that same week. Upon our return from vacation and several offers later, by the following Monday (9 days later) we accepted a very strong offer. Our children were never impacted and I was able to continue working from home with no interruptions. As a previous home owner of three homes this was by far the smoothest transaction Ive experienced. In those three weeks Ricardo also took a vacation outside of the country and he still managed to close escrow early and kept in touch with us regularly. I strongly recommend Olea Realty, extremely professional team and trustworthy. The professionalism, communication and punctuality was very impressive. I highly recommend this agent.
