Smart Home Inspection

Lied about our home having mold in the attic. The roofers we hired to fix any issues told us our home had no mold. Told us the water heater vent was wrong after the Chula Vista city inspector had already said it was fine ( We had it inspected months prior to this) This guy has no clue what he is doing!! Very unprofessional!!!

Best price in town! Had Chris come out to our home in Ramona, this was not an easy house to inspect, hills sides, ADU, detached garage, etc. He is extremely thorough and professional. If you need/want a home inspection done this is your guy! He is extremely thorough in his inspection and report. He went on the roof and under the house as well. He didnt miss anything!! I am a first timer home buyer and i wasnt quite sure what to expect. But I am so impressed and pleased by him, but mainly I am extremely relieved that his report was so detailed so I know exactly what I am getting myself into! Thank you Chris so much!

Chris is an excellent home inspector. I appreciate his knowledge and detailed report. As a Realtor I give my buyers 3 inspectors, but he's always on my list as one of the inspectors.
