        Paid for a horrible logo. Basically gave Shawn the whole logo to touch up and he made it look worst. Never signed paperwork obligated to pay for horrible work. $161.00 My charity to their store! Be careful they will take your money if not satisfied with their work.

        This is a true small town gem! From start to finish the staff was amazing getting our soccer banner done. The quality was great and all the kids absolutely LOVED the turnout!

        I would recommend going to see the guys at Ballpark for your design and printing needs. I got 250 and they helped with a great design for a great price.

        We purchased our soccer banner here. Everyone was super helpful. They were able to turn it around super fast. They used our own personal deign, but would have created a design for us. We will definitely be coming back.

      This review is a bold face lie, maybe all of our 5 star reviews with tell you that. Delia, you were informed and agreed to our graphic design pricing (in person, in our shop) of $75 per hour with 1/2 hour minimum (that pricing is no secret and that is the price for everybody). You even emailed me (after the fact) your idea so we could get to work on it. Our designer, Shawn (that you’re talking poorly of for no reason), worked with you on your design in which you actually APPROVED Proof 3. We have that in an email. Also in the email of you approving Proof 3, you asked Shawn about us printing a bunch of tote bags you have with the new logo on them. You asked when a good day and time would be for you to bring them in.It wasn’t until you received the bill, that you say your husband doesn’t like it and now all of the sudden you didn’t want to pay and didn’t feel you should. This customer DID pay their bill, but probably because they know they are in the wrong. I have all the proof that this is a frivolous review and it’s pretty disheartening that Delia would do such a thing.
