Having your oven die on the day before Thanksgiving is stressful, to say the least. Fortunately, FixSpark and Sergey were able to come in on the day they were called, and once the needed part was in the repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Sergey was even willing to work around my schedule so that the repair wouldn't be delayed. Fix Spark is now at the top of my go-to list for appliance repairs! Recommended without hesitation.

Great service. I needed my oven fixed and a circuit breaker issue. Sergey worked through the problem and got it done the same day.

Sergey was great. He was very good explaining what was wrong. He fixed my washer. I had a second problem with my freezer. He checked it out. Quick fix. No charge. Freezer works like a champ. I would recommend him and use his services again!

Sergey was fantastic. I needed a fridge issue investigated (primary need) and wanted a washer issue checked while here. His diagnostics fee was for the visit, not each appliance, so he was very helpful giving feedback on the handful of issues across both appliances. I feared our fridge noise issue may relate to needing a new compressor, and while that may ultimately be the case, he first gave me suggestions of what else may be at play that we should consider before the costly route of a new compressor and the labor involved with replacement. In other words, he didn't try to dip into my wallet unnecessarily. I'm stoked about having a reliable repairman in my contacts for future needs. Other bonuses today: I reached out early morning, and he was here by mid morning - no days waiting for a repairman! He was great with communications before the visit - quick text replies and easy to understand. He was very friendly and professional while here.
