The receptionist, Katherine, is truly a wonderful person and a great face of the company. The technicians Kyle and Dustin are truly experienced and quick moving. Prices are cheap and clear, no hidden fees or anything. 10/10 will come again!

The technician was fine and did his thing as expected. On his own merit, I would give him a 4 star review. The receptionist, on the other hand, was a piece of work. Unfriendly doesn't begin to describe her demeanor. A major attitude and lazy are what come to mind. Unfortunately, she's the one I had to really deal with. I would think twice before returning as long as she's employed there. After all, her whole job is "Customer Service."

Return customer because they have great service, quick and easy, and very friendly staff. No appointments needed, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Competitive pricing, and they finalized all the paperwork with the DMV which saves a lot of hassle.

Just had my car smogged here, I walked in, and it was done within 10-15 minutes! So quick, I was barely even able to sit down! The cashier was also super sweet! You can print a coupon from their website, so it only cones out to $50 total including the fee to send electronically to the DMV. Definitely recommend!
