        I trusted neighborhood healthcare to help me . Instead one dr has set the tone for my care an its caused me severe duress. For the past several years Ive been begging for help . Today I finally looked into my file an everytime I begged for help I was written off as needing medication management . As tho I was asking for meth . I was not .
