I hired Brandon to test my home after some unexpected mold was found during a remodel. The whole situation was pretty awful and confusing for me as a homeowner, not knowing how to handle it or who to hire to assist. After speaking to a few others, Brandon was a fresh breath of air because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. After working with him before and after remediation on testing the home, I can say he truly cared about my home, my family and providing services that allowed us to safely move back in. I highly recommend!

My wife and I are first time homebuyers who recently purchased a new build town home in Escondido. I reached out to a handful of property inspection companies for quotes, but after briefly speaking with Brandon over the phone, his extensive experience in this field made it a very easy choice. This process can be very daunting, so having the experts at Safeguard Property Inspections took away a lot of the stress. We had our "blue tape" walk thru with the builder last week and scheduled Brandon and Jason to come through the same day for a top to bottom inspection. We ended up taking longer than expected with the builder walk thru, but Brandon and Jason were able to get started and work around us in a very respectful way while still be incredibly thorough (and even helped catch a few things while we were there, such as the gas stove not being properly connected. It was fixed before we left!) The team did an excellent job and made sure to give us a quick overview of their report prior to leaving. As promised, they provided the full report that same evening for our review. The report includes extensive photos, descriptions, and recommendations for any corrections or fixed needed. Their services are well worth the cost for the peace of mind it provides. We will definitely be coming back to Safeguard Property Inspections for our 1 year Builder Warranty inspection next year. Safeguard Property Inspections got our inspection scheduled quickly and were very detailed in the report. Brandon followed up and discussed the report, answering all questions and addressing any concerns that I had about the property. We feel very at ease with the purchase now. Thanks Brandon.
