Ivan, Robert, Guerro and the crews are all incredible. The outdoor kitchen/bar they built in my backyard is truly a sight to behold, and these guys knocked it out of the park. They couldn't have been easier to work with, and got everything done really fast! I don't think there was a single day of downtime that they weren't working. I couldn't recommend NFB highly enough, and they will be my go-to call for any future needs!

Need For Build is an excellent company. We hired them to overhaul both our front and backyard. The project was huge. The cost was above average, and the completed work was of high quality. NFB built a retaining wall topped with a new vinyl fence, leveled and filled our backyard, and then installed artificial turf and DG. They poured new stamped concrete. We also had them take down our old patio cover and install a new Alumawood patio cover. Beautiful! The project progressed to the front yard where NFB demolished our old large driveway and sidewalks, pouring new stamped concrete. The flower beds and front yard were also overhauled. We had DG, a river rock swale, plants, and a tree installed. Beautiful! Derek was our project manager. He was very professional, friendly, and accessible. He addressed all of our questions and concerns in a complete and timely manner Derek was a pleasure to work with. All of NFB's employees on our project were professional, worked hard, and cleaned up our property nicely at the end of each work day. NFB also stands behind their work with great customer service; correcting any issues and providing a guarantee of quality through warranties for work completed.

these jokers wanted to charge me $720 / sqft for a simple detached workshop. the price was more than I paid for the whole property. just completely asinine.the consultant showed up reasonably on time and was very cordial and nice to deal with though, so 2 stars for the people at least.

My experience with Need for Build was nothing short of outstanding. Aaron and Angelo were with me every step of the way building a much needed retaining wall in my front yard to address years of erosion on a steep slope. They even helped me pick out plants that will spread to further address the slope erosion. Joe Joe and his crew were wonderful. They did what I thought was the impossible and had my retaining wall done in 2 days. With the torrential rains that occurred after completion of the wall there were some issues. I called Aaron and the crew was quick to respond to address and correct the issues. Need for Build is not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive either. I will be using them for future projects including a botched pavers job I had done in November 2022 by a substandard contractor. Thanks much Aaron & Angelo!
