        They were a nightmare trying to work with my insurance, even though it was accepted the woman overseeing the insurance department messed up multiple communications. Everything else was great though, receptionist is a sweetheart. Insurance girl is an idiot.

        All staff is very accommodating, starting from reception area on previous and current experiences whether you need dental work Dr. Cook & Dr. Rich or simple routine cleaning ( especially if you have a sensitive teeth) - this is the place to go!!! Highly recommend.!!!

        Dental problems have always been a concern for me. I've spent countless hours in the dentist chair in my 50 plus years of dental visits and I found Poway Dental Arts to be excellent at caring for my needs from crowns, bridges, cavities and implants. I'm hard to get in the office for cleanings but I do get them and they do save in the long run. With only 7 natural teeth left in my mouth and all others replaced in a variety of ways by a whole host of other dental offices -I would definitely recommend their office over the others I've been to to anyone who wants to get great care by friendly and competent professionals. Dr Rich and staff are super.
