        Seeking advice with an issue pertaining to county ordinance, I was met by a receptionist who was condescending and rude. As I was trying to explain the urgency she repeatedly interrupted me. After she was not willing to check with "[Von]" on an appointment (because his secretary was out), she asked I call another law firm and gave me the name of Krase. Frustrated, I said thank you and she just cut me off and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

        Not sure loved it is appropriate but my lawyer has stayed with me through my whole lawsuit ordeal so I guess 5 stars would be right
