I love the Doctor BUT his receptions Angelica always looks like shes mad, very straightforward has no compassion, rude and treats the customers like their bothering her. I took my 16-year-old Yorky in because she was very sick and I decided to put her down. This was very emotional for my husband and I and she treated us rudely like we were a problem to her, Absolutely, no compassion. The doctor is the only reason I continue going there, or I wouldve found another place to take my pets. Her rudeness is absolutely unnecessary. She needs to realize that people bring their dogs/cats there for a reason she should Be more welcoming or find a job away from the public.

Worst customer service ever!!!! So mean Customer service over the phone are so mean all of them are so mean and dont help with anything even schedule appointments I would like to connect the manager We are responsible about our animals and if you dont care we do and were paying you to help us

This is the worst vet I have ever been to. They will not give you a quote for anything over the phone. They insist everything Hass to have a visit and you must pay for an office visit. I asked if they could do cherry eye for my dog and they said they cant quote that over the phone because they cant guarantee that they could even do the surgery.
