        This was one of the worst buying experiences. I came in to buy a phone for my husband and we expressed to them multiple times we did not want to do the installment plan for the phone, but now we find we are being charged for the phone we thought we paid for. The only way they could help is if we came back into the store or called the corporate loyalty line, but we dont live in town. The people who work here were kind, but pushy with products and now we are in this annoying mess because they didnt listen. I recommend a different phone plan all together now.
