Not sure what all the good reviews are about. I went in a few weeks ago because I needed two new tires. Well not only did they give me the wrong tire size, but they messed my wheel stud and lug nut. I only know this because I had to replace the tires I JUST BOUGHT not even 2 weeks ago! Came to my regular tire guy and the wheel stud and lug nut is broken. Not only that but they charge $3 to use card? That's criminal. Taking advantage of people who do not carry cash. That's what I get for needing tires asap, but never again. Be careful if you come here, I'm sure the reviews are from friends and family.

Honest tire shop Very quick, and friendly did not try to up sell me. Very clean work and professional. I drove over an hour to come here. These guys know about customer service is all about. They have GREAT DEALS and have options. Will come here again. THANKS GUYS FOR being one of the best tire shops (Ive tried sooo many) These guys ROCK!!

Super fast and quality service. Took my car to a corporate tire shop first and they told me I was looking at a 3 hour wait just to be spoken to. I came to Colins and was in and out in like 10 minutes or so.

Hi there i'm very sorry you had an upsetting visit with us. We always try to give our customers the best experience possible and by doing so we always advise the customers on what we will do on there car. If we don't have the exact tire size than we let the customer know and we try to offer a size closest to it IF WE HAVE IT and like you said you stopped by because it was an emergency so i'm almost 100% sure you were told. We also show you the condition in which the USED tires are in before you purchase them.Now regarding the lug nut and stud situation, when our tire techs are doing the job if they notice that it will get stripped we let you know and we keep going if the customer tells us its okay to break them off. The reason why they get stuck is because the previous person who touched the car either cross threaded them or overtightened them and in some cases we even offer to replace them for you since we carry them in stock. Also what can happen is that with time the studs get rusted or dirty and the lug nuts get stuck in there.Lastly we do charge a card fee and we offer zelle and cash as an option to avoid that fee. Sometimes our customers like to go next door to use their ATM to get cash out as well.Thank you for the feedback!
