I would love it if yelp could allow 80 rating for Fairway mortgage. I don't think I have ever been treated quite so poorly or unfairly as I have with Fairway mortgage. The main person at Fairway mortgage set up an appointment with me which I left work early to arrive. Sadly, he never bothered to show up or email me to tell me he wouldn't arrive. Just don't use this company!

As a 3rd Party that regularly works with Fairway by providing Insurance Proof over to them. Fairway Loan Processors and especially Officers are by far the most disrespectful, rude, entitled and treats 3rd party collaborators as garbage. Everything is urgent even when it's set to close 30 days from now. They expect us to stop what we are doing or else they will escalate to upper management. Then, they demand policy cancelations because they like the other broker down the street after so much was put in. Throw us under the bus when there was a mistake when the loan origination data was input on their end and we just followed suit. I have enough time and dealt with 50+ reps to make this assessment so I think it's pretty fair. They are the Karens of the Mortgage Industry.

Nick Lucia is rude and disrespectful. Like a Con man.. Will talk over you try's ti force his idea of dishonesty ti make it seem real.

My husband and I cannot recommend Bryan Moss of Fairway Mortgage enough! He is always patient, thorough, responsive and never withholds information. He always does the best he possibly can for his clients. We have only had extremely positive experiences working with him for home purchases as well as refinancing. If you need a trusted and efficient resource amidst this stressful and ever-changing market, he is the ideal person to support you.

Please don't do business with this company, do yourself a favor and walk away and find a reputable lender. I had the worst experience with Ruben Flores and after complaining to the so called complaints department my emails and calls went without any solution. I have never been been so disappointed in the lack of professionalism, and disregard for this loan officers conduct during my approval process. I did try to get a resolution from the Branch Operations Manager who I believe genuinely tried to do something for me but it does not make up for the fact that Ruben should not be in this industry. Lies Lies Lies and no accountability!!
