Called to get estimates and Guillermo came over verbally quotedn me a price for the services and scheduled an appointment to do the work a few days later. He didn't show up or call that day after I waited all day. He called the next day to find out where I was! Reschedule a month later and the guy who showed up didn't know what work he would be doing. Then they try to tell me what work he quoted for the price. Guillermo claims he sent me a quote which I never received. The work was eventually done. The guy who did the work was fine. I texted Guillermo later that day to tell him one of the sprinklers was not working properly and got zero reply. Now one week later and the valve he replaced just blew up and I had water spraying all over the front of my house and lawn. Texted again and still no response from Guillermo. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I give them 5 stars just for answering the phone. IDK What's up with their competition but I had to call a total of 5 sprinkler repair companies to speak to someone. Mind that 3 still haven't called me back... Anyways, David came to replace a few sprinkler heads and troubleshoot my sprinkler system - great customer service. Totally honest and upfront on pricing - which I REALLY appreciate.

David was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. This company was actually the ONLY one that called me back. Guess the other guys are too busy . Anyways, my husband and I decided to finally work something out with our lawn. The old sprinkler system was broken and some sprinkler heads were not working. David came and gave us a pretty good quote. We scheduled a time for his team to start. They were on time and respectful to our property. Ive been wanting to leave a review jus my for their professionalism, but now the lawn is really starting to look amazing. Thanks!
