        They were prompt in responses, gave reasonable quote for my totaled car and handled the entire process professionally, I will highly recommend Anthony.

        Went through Peddle and arranged to have my car towed. This was their go-to partner. Easy enough. Day came, I was sent reminder text. Cool. Was told by an employee over the phone that I didn't need to be present for pickup however I took the day off to be there just in case. Time came, I got a notice that I needed to reschedule. What?! Called to reschedule and to see what happened. Manager or whoever on the phone was a real piece of work. Nonetheless, scheduled for the next day. Next day came, received a reminder text again. At the time agreed upon, nothing. Called their number, no response. Called Peddle customer service and found these guys lied and said their driver came out-they didn't, I was at home all day answering every unknown number while waiting. Two days of money I missed out on, working with this place. Horrible customer service, attitudes and on top of everything, the lies and wasting of time, our most valuable resource.
