Shu and Sharon are the best! They are always on call and super responsive. I was rear ended by an insured but unlicensed driver, causing thousands in damage. The insurance company was shady and  reluctant to provide reimbursements, the body shop had to wait weeks before we could start the repairs. The insurance company then refused to pay for a similarly equipped courtesy vehicle for the length of the repair process, and would only cover $20 a day. To add to the fun, after the repairs were completed, the insurance company refused to pay  up, claiming that the company just filed for bankruptcy and cannot issue any more checks. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the rental car. One day, I mentioned the incident to Sharon, and she was outraged. She immediately took the issue upon herself and went at the bankrupt insurance company with full force. After a month, I successfully received a reimbursement check for the amount owed. It's extremely important to find an insurance agent who will take care of you, which is why I recommend Shu and Sharon to everyone I know!

Shu is the nicest insurance agent I have ever met. Highly recommended. Chinese and English languages support which is really helpful.
