CONTRACTORS' WAREHOUSE

We rented a machine this morning, but had to retuned due to minor defective. At the rental department, employees there were friendly and helpful. But, one of the employees there by the name of Marlene was rude, and very unprofessional, not sure what her title was. From the customer service area, she demanded out loud that we moved our truck right away. Weve politely moved it, Two wrongs doesnt make it right. And to top it off, shes very unprofessional with the other employees thereShe screamed at them just because of our truck. I gave it 1 due to her behavior.

Hello, it was the first time I went to this store, it's very good, it's very good for the house, cheaper than in other stores, I recommend it, I really liked it.

I experienced several issues when I purchased a door for my home at Contractors Warehouse in Pomona. I had called and visited the store a few times trying to resolve the issue. After a few unsuccessful attempts, I was put in contact with Jonathan Marroqun. Jonathan listened carefully to my problem and immediately made me feel he was interested in helping me. Jonathan provided me with different options to resolve my issue. Jonathans customer service exceeded my expectations, he even followed up with me after to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was taken care of. Its because of Jonathan that I will continue to shop at Contractors Warehouse.
