I have made 8 phone calls, written an email and stopped in the office 3 times in the last 2 weeks trying to get Dr Paliwal to fill a prescription for me. My Dr passed away and my insurance transferred me here. I didn't have any refills for my arthritis medication and have been asking to have Dr Paliwal just refill it for one month as the soonest appointment is 8/18. I am out of this medicine and have been having painful flare ups. I guess I have to go to urgent care to request that they place a refill. This place is horrible. I'm dreading meeting Dr Paliwal but if I change Dr again, I'll have to wait for a first appointment with them. I'm stuck and so angry they are not doing anything to help me.

My appt was at 8am I have been outside waiting no one here. Staff is horrible extremely unorganized. Receptionist never answers the phone. I had to drive up to the doctors office just to make an appointment. The entire staff and cardiologist are very incompetent.

I liked it here a lot, the office staff was nice to me. I met with the doctor named Chrissy and she was wonderful she spent time with me and talked with me, answered all my questions, and ordered tests, and was very easy to talk to.

Office staff was very rude and incompetent. My father was in the ER and Dr. Paliwal was the consulting physician. When he was describing my father's condition to me, he was mumbling and very hard to understand. He REQUESTED that I called his office to schedule my father's follow up visit. When I called his office to schedule the urgent follow up appointment, they told me that the earliest was two months away. During the two months waiting for the follow up visit, my father had to go in and out of the ER twice. Finally on the long awaited appointment date, I took my elderly father to the office and was denied service. The obnoxious front desk staff asked me to see my father's doctor's referral first before he could see Dr. Paliwal. I spoke with them 4 times prior to the visit over the phone, they never once mentioned I needed to bring a referral with me. Dr. Paliwal was the one who asked me to schedule the follow up appointment with his office. The office staff is very gossipy. I heard that one patient has COVID. If you are a female patient who visited Dr. Paliwal's office recently, I know that you have COVID because they were talking and laughing about you!! Your privacy information is a joke to them.
