I am thrilled with my built-in "library," and very much enjoyed working with this team. The process was terrific, from start to finish. The design I initially had in mind was impractical, and they helped guide me towards something more functional and ultimately much better for my family's needs. They were patient with me as we finalized the design, and very detail oriented. The work was done quickly, neatly, and on schedule. And the outcome is just beautiful. We get many compliments on it, and, most importantly, it makes us happy--it looks just as I'd hoped but better. The materials are high quality, and looks like a beautiful old library in a stately home (just as I'd hoped it would). If we ever do another built in project in this home, I will definitely be working with them again.

From start to finish Doug and his team were phenomenal. My son builds computers and has several computer and drafting devices that we needed to create a space for. We decided to convert one of the bedrooms into a home office and had very specific and unique request to accommodate all of the technology. Jeannie was the first person we met and took the time to understand our vision and was very detailed oriented and thorough. She worked on the design immediately and came back with exactly what we were looking for. The communication and excellent customer service throughout the entire process surpassed anything I would have expected. The quality of workmanship displays the pride they have in their work and the commitment to their customers.
