Went in today with my father to get my oil cap loosened since the last time i got my oil change here they screwed it on way too tight. After explaining our issues he called Ray (who seemed very nice) and asked him what to do, after hanging up FRANK continued to give us an attitude and never once apologized for ANYTHING. When they finally loosened the cap he pulled my father and I over to degradingly tell us that there was never even a problem and that he doesn't know what our issue is. I politely asked for his name and he proceeded to lie to me and tell me his name is Robert even though I know it is FRANK. When all was said and done I went back in to ask who the main manager is and how I could speak to them and he told me it was himself, immediately getting defensive and angry with me. I explained how last time I was here he gave me issues and tried to upcharge me $20 for "needing extra oil" when in fact ITS A COMMON YELP REVIEW THAT HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG GIRLS AND CHARGES THEM MORE FOR NO REASON. He told me he remembered me and in response to taking advantage of young girls he said "You don't look young" (i'm a beautiful 25 year old female, silly frank) and then proceeded to lie that when I was last there I was "crying over $7" when I have the $20 invoice and I'm sure he does too. Moral of the story is FRANK is a horrible person/manager/ whatever he is and you should take your business elsewhere. He lied about not having an owner, he lied about his name, he told me he was in charge and that there's nobody above him. he told me they're a franchise and that they don't have an owner, i'm not stupid frank, i know how businesses work. I would love to hear from RAY regarding how he still allows FRANK to help run this business when there are countless horrible reviews of him. i would give negative stars if i could. Hey frank? Robert? whatever your name is? do better.

Drove my truck in needing immediate work and got great service. The manager helped with all our problems and got us back on the road in a timely manner. My nissan frontier hasn't run better.

The customer service at Pomona Purrfect Auto Service is awesome. Frank (front desk) everytime I come makes me feel like I am family. I have never had any complaints when it comes to my car being serviced here. They always go above & beyond to make me feel great about bringing my car here. Like today I rushed in on 15% oil left in my car. I ran in & he was able to take care of me immediately. I truly recommend this heart felt auto service to all.
