        I am a black woman, I walked in, said hello to the grey haired woman in the store and she purses her lips at me and turned around. I thought maybe she didnt hear me but I said happy holidays to her as I entered and she didnt reply. I walked through the store trying to like anything and since she was the only customer service rep I just left.

        Really bad customer service for an expensive store. I got an unfriendly response from the staff (an elderly grey haired women), who did not bother to answer my question and kept asking me to finish the transaction.

        Well I visited this location recently and I have to say I was very impressed with the change. The customer service was wonderful. It felt like the Ann Taylor I used to shop at before, very friendly service, clean organized fully stocked store, both doors open lol. Great job!
