The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient with our multiple orders. They carry a large selection of products in varied price ranges, which helps tremendously with our many clients. Highly recommend Bay Area Tile! Stephanie was incredibly helpful and was able to coordinate shipment on a short timeline. The flooring and tile I purchased were high quality and the prices were competitive. Also, they were very flexible with borrowing samples so we were confident the material would work in our house before we bought anything.

We remodeled our master bathroom and spent a LOT of time at the large, popular tile places.  We had trouble finding a reputable tile company to do our install.  After many weeks of promised estimate visits we got very underwhelmed with the responses.  On a whim we stopped by a local Pleasanton tile company and were hand held and advised on the whole process.  We picked out all our tile and associated stuff in their large impressive showroom.  The associate that worked with us (Stephanie) was impressively knowledgeable and recommended an installer that works with them often.I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with this company.We highly recommend them.
