      • Purpose

        Parkhi Somani was my Tax agent and she did a wonderful job. Very sweet and professional. She was fast and explained everything to me. Suggested all my options and helped me make the best decision possible. I highly recommend her. 10 stars!!

        It is 4:53pm. Our appointment was at 3pm. We are still waiting... Appointments for in person tax services should be 2hr bookings instead of 60min if you only have one person available to provide tax services although I am beginning to feel we are lucky because I have been hearing that several people have shown up to their appointments only to find an empty desk. We will never book with Jackson Hewitt again!

        Assistant District Manager Christina Vasquez was great efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. However, business hours & access to the original rep were not customer friendly or accommodating. Not certain about returning in 2023.
